Da Bai Hao stem tea from the 2019 harvest.
The long, slightly curled leaves have a brown color and a light, fruity-balsamic aroma. The infusion has a clear, light orange color. The aroma of the finished tea is sweet, compote-like, the taste is bright, juicy, with citrus acidity, refreshing mint and hints of spices. The aftertaste is long.
Ideal for daily consumption, especially for fans of fruity sheng pu-erh. Refreshes, tones, improves mood.
Use water at 85-90°C, 100 ml of water per 5 g for brewing. The first pour lasts up to 10 seconds, subsequent pours are short, 1-2 seconds each. Lasts up to 10 infusions.
