A 50-gram tea cake, heavily pressed, consisting of brown-green leaves and silvery buds. The aroma is intense, spicy and herbal with a hint of smoke. The infusion is clear, with a tinge of white grapes.

The bouquet of the finished tea is spicy and herbal with fruity, balsamic, tobacco and nutty notes. The aroma is delicate, spicy and floral. The taste is dense, buttery, sweet, slightly tart, with fruity acidity, nuances of spices and a lingering finish.

Brew the tea with hot water (87-90°C) in a gaiwan or teapot made of porous clay. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The first steeping time is 20 seconds. Then make short steeps (3-5 seconds), increasing the steeping time with each successive step, if necessary. The tea can be brewed up to 8 times.
