A knife for gently breaking pressed tea, especially Pu-erh and Hei Cha.
The blade has a special shape. The sharp end is awl-shaped, additionally extended by a flat blade. The shape is ideal, so you can easily separate the right amount of tea without damaging the tea leaves. For convenience and safety, the awl is screwed into a wooden case.
The stiletto knife fits perfectly in the hand and easily breaks through even the thickest tea press.
