Thai blue tea made from the flowers of Clitoria ternatea (Thai name - anchan). It is grown, harvested and sun-dried in ecologically clean areas of Thailand. The flowers have a rich blue color and transfer this color to the finished beverage. In addition to its dark blue color, infusions of anchana flowers have a number of beneficial properties. The tea benefits eyesight, improves immunity, enhances skin and hair condition and has a soothing effect. Like an additive it combines with lemongrass, lime, bergamot. The finished infusion of anchan has the taste of a vegetable broth of broccoli, potatoes and corn. When sour fruits are added, the infusion turns purple.
