Blue tea made from the flowers of Clitoria ternatea. They are grown, harvested and dried in the sun in ecologically clean areas of Thailand. The flowers have a dark blue color and give it to the finished drink.
An infusion of anchan flowers has a number of beneficial properties. The tea improves eyesight, strengthens immunity, improves skin and hair condition and has a calming effect.
It is combined with lemongrass, lime, bergamot as an additive. The finished anchan infusion has the taste of a vegetable broth of broccoli, potatoes and corn. When sour fruits are added, the infusion takes on a purple color.
Brewing method:
1 teaspoon of flowers per 250-300 ml of water
Water temperature: 90-95°C
Brewing time: 5 minutes
