Black tea from Thailand with betel pepper flavor.

The large dark brown leaf has inclusions of hairy leaves and a small amount of stems. When warmed up, an earthy, beet aroma is noticeable. The brew is ruby in color with golden highlights, and sweet roasted and dried fruit notes are perceptible. The taste is woody, with notes of roasted vegetables and smokiness, slightly bitter in the end. The aftertaste is tart, drying.

A slightly strong, warming, refreshing tea. It can become a jewel in your collection of unusual tea.
