A maturing red tea from Northern Fujian made from raw materials usually used to produce Wuyishan "Predictable Plum" oolong. The dry, homogeneous brown-black leaf emits aromas of baked goods, fruit, cigars and rum when heated through respiration. The cognac infusion has a bright sweet and sour taste with notes of cocoa, raisins and rum cake. Strong in condition, with a distinct aged melody.
