Tea produced in a small private factory of the Ding Xi family in Yunnan province.
The tea leaves are quite dry, pressed into a tea cake that is easy to tear with your hands. Tea cake is visually very beautiful - dark brown leaves with orange-gold flecks of buds.
The brew is dark, opaque, thick, brownish-red in color. The taste of the brew is oily, heavy, honey and wood with notes of chocolate, a hint of tobacco, without an earthy aftertaste. The aftertaste is soft, with nutty notes. The taste is balanced.
Tonic, warming, refreshing Shu Pu Erh for the morning.
