The second most popular oolong from southern Fujian after Tie Guan Ying.

A very simple, pure tea from Anxi. The aroma of the dry leaves is fresh, green, creamy and floral. The infusion has a light yellow color, fresh spring flavor and creamy floral notes. When poured, there is an oily, sour taste, as if a slice of lemon had been added to the tea. The aftertaste is soft, with a slight astringency.
