Experimental red tea made from aromatic oolong leaves. It is a kind of hybrid tea, processed according to red tea technology, with a distinctive, distinct oolong flavor and aroma.

The long, greenish-brown leaves with a reddish tinge are slightly curled longitudinally and give off an aroma of sweet fruits and berries: kiwi, gooseberry, orange, green apple. When heated with the breath, the aroma becomes more multidimensional: floral, sweet, roasted, with a hint of cream. It resembles a fruit jam roll.

The drink has a honey color and an intense confectionery aroma. One can smell vanilla, sourness of berries, aroma of meadow flowers, notes of fresh sweet baking. The taste of the brew is more reminiscent of a heated oolong than a red tea: delicate, light, full of notes ranging from sour citrus, berries, watermelon and melon to sweet vanilla, caramel and warming cinnamon spice. Persistent citrus and berry aftertaste. Slightly tart.

The tea is mild, of medium intensity. It warms up, improves mood, calms thoughts, gives a sense of comfort. A very interesting ceremonial tea, ranking between red teas and heavily heated oolong teas, so it will appeal to lovers of both.
