One of the new medium roast oolong varieties from Wuyi.
The dried leaves are dark, dull and twisted longitudinally. The aroma is spicy, with roasted and woody notes, with a pronounced acidity that changes in the first infusions. Sweetness appears, peaches in syrup, candies.
The taste is mild, creamy and fruity, with distinct notes of peaches, honey and plum wine. A spicy, fruity and caramel aftertaste.
A wonderful, multifaceted tea for a meditative evening.
