The flavor and aroma profile of this oolong is a consequence of the attack of green cicadas on the tea leaf: the insects bite the leaves, thus starting the fermentation process and giving the tea a special fruity aroma. Production is completely clean, organic and pesticide-free.
Only the most expensive raw material - the young semi-soluble tea bud shoot, which contains the maximum amount of essential oils - is used in the production of tea.
The aroma of the dry tea is floral and fruity, fragrant, spicy and caramel. The infusion is transparent, with a delicate cream color. The taste of the finished tea is complex, soft, velvety, reveals itself gradually. You can smell berries, flowers, the sweetness of grapes with a slight acidity, the delicacy of éclair (there is a reason why this tea is also called tea-cake). It has a mild, slightly tart aftertaste, refreshing and invigorating.
