Appearance
The press is quite dense, but the cubes themselves break off easily. The dried aroma is juicy, soft, spicy and fruity, with light smoky, confectionery, berry and citrus notes.
Taste and aroma
The taste of the finished tea is oily and fruity, sweet, with light citrus notes and a mineral saltiness. A woody aftertaste and a pleasant astringency appear during brewing. Long, sweet and spicy aftertaste.
Effect
Ideal for brewing in a thermos or mug, brewing too long may thicken. Warms and refreshes well.
