White tea from North Brabant, harvested and processed according to Chinese white tea technology. This tea can be compared to "Shoumei" white tea.
Appearance: large, greenish and purple-brown leaves with long saplings. The aroma is restrained, floral and herbal with a fruity touch. The liquor is clear, with a golden hue.
The bouquet of the brewed tea is fresh, floral and herbal with notes of fresh fruits and berries. The aroma is delicate, fruity and floral. The taste is refined and soft, sweet, with delicate berry acidity, spicy nuances and a refreshing finish.
Brew the tea in hot water (90-95°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or porous clay teapot. The proportion is 5 g per 100 ml. The time for the first soak is about 20 seconds. Then make short steeps (5-10 seconds), increasing the steeping time with each successive step, if necessary. The tea can be brewed a maximum of 6 times.
