"Dongding Gaba Sheng" is produced in Lugu District (Nantou County) using vacuum fermentation technology in the fall of 2020.

Appearance: large, brown, twisted leaves with thin yellow cuttings. The aroma is intense, fruity. The infusion is clear, with a mahogany hue.

The bouquet of the finished tea is fresh and varied, fruity and floral, with spice, candy and berry notes. The aroma is sweet, light and airy, candy-like. The taste is refined and smooth, buttery, sweet, with fruity acidity, spicy nuances and a refreshing finish.

Brew the tea in hot water (75-85°C) in a porcelain gaiwan or porous clay teapot. The proportion is 6 g per 100 ml. The time for the first soak is about 10 seconds. After that, make short runs (for 1 second only), increasing the steeping time at each successive step if necessary. The tea can be brewed up to 12 times.
