A medium-fiery oolong from Guangdong province.
Large tendrils have a lilac-brown color and a delicate floral aroma. The infusion has a clear, golden-nut color and a fruity-floral, slightly spicy aroma. The taste is silky, slightly tart, with berry-like acidity and a minty coolness. The aftertaste is refreshing, juicy and long.
A wonderful refreshing ceremonial tea.
Brew with boiling water at 90-95°C, 5-6 g. per 100 ml of water. The first infusion takes 6-8 seconds, the next 2-3 seconds. Holds up to 10-12 infusions.
