Georgian Long Jing from the small private production of Nargiza's grandmother from Tsalenjikha in the Mingrelia region.
Long Jinizde looks both externally and in taste like classic Chinese Long Jing. The light green leaves give off a bright aroma of pumpkin seeds and fresh herbs when warmed with the breath. The infusion is yellowish-green, with a mild sweet taste of fresh-cut grass, broccoli and peanuts, without bitterness or astringency. It drinks easily and pleasantly, leaving a slight sweetness on the lips.
It's perfectly refreshing, tonic and energizing. It is not inferior to its Chinese counterparts.
