BREWING METHOD
Brew the tea with boiling water (95°C) in a gaiwan or Taiwanese oolong teapot made of porous clay. The ratio is 6 g per 100 ml. The first infusion should last 8-10 seconds. After that, do short infusions (just for a second), gradually increasing the infusion time. You can repeat this brewing method a maximum of about 10 times.
