Oolong from northern Fujian is pressed into slabs and divided into portions. The aroma of the dry leaf is restrained, spicy, perfumed, with roasted notes. The infusion is golden and scarlet. The taste is broad, dense, with a light profile of Arabian baked goods and wild berries. The aftertaste is rough, fruity and spicy and lingers for quite a long time. An excellent option for brewing in a thermos. One slice is enough for a liter, and the brew will be thick and rich. If you want to drink straight, it is better to break the press with a knife, as it is quite thick.
