A medium-sized, spherical, twisted black oolong with small brown stems. After warming with the breath, the aroma of tar, camphor and charcoal is noticeable. After the first brewing with 87°C water, roasted milk begins to dominate the aroma. The infusion is amber in color. The taste is soft and dense, the palate wrapped in a delicate creme brulee with a hint of smoke from the fire. Sweetness definitely plays first fiddle here: nutmeg, pastry, cocoa beans, roasted potatoes and vanilla. A light, pleasant, wood-smoked bitterness. Somewhere in the distance one can sense the sourness of tea rose. The aftertaste is sweet and creamy with a hint of burnt caramel. Quite stable after brewing. The tea will warm you up, quench your thirst and appetite, fill you with peace, happiness and soothe your spirit.
