Red tea from the wild trees of Thailand.
The saplings of the dry leaf are dark brown with golden spots and smell of spices and exotic fruits. The infusion is amber in color, bright and reveals a wide range of flavors. It has an aroma of needles, herbs and dried fruits, the taste is light, mild, sweet and sour: tangerine, sweet raisins, vanilla baked goods are noticeable. The feeling of drinking a collection of herbs with dried fruits. The strong infusion does not turn to bitterness, but the density of the compote and acidity are revealed. The aftertaste is buttery, with a spicy note of grape seeds and an herbaceous-igneous nuance.
