A lightly roasted and lightly fermented oolong from Song Po tea plantation, whose hallmark is the low elevation of the raw material.
Light green hemispheres with a warm floral aroma. Warmed leaf becomes delicately spicy and dessert-like, with notes of buckwheat honey, acacia, pumpkin seeds and orchid.
The infusion is a light, yellowish-bamboo color. The taste has a pleasant balance between notes of juicy herbs and roasted seeds, noticeable notes of lime and a hint of cashew nuts. Floral and spicy notes on the exhale make it reminiscent of Gui Fei. An excellent, inexpensive alternative.
