The leaves are tightly rolled with a yellowish tinge of bergamot. The quality of this tea is evidenced by the abundant foam during brewing. In addition to the acidity of the bergamot, you can sense the knobby sweetness of a good red tea. Bergamot, by the way, is not intense, as in Earl Grey, but rather delicate. In the taste, the pepperiness is also noticeable, the tea is tart at the edges, and there is a berry sweetness in the middle with a fleeting tart aftertaste.

Warms up and relaxes. A worthy successor to Earl Grey. A good, though not the cheapest everyday tea. Suitable for breaks at work, meetings with friends and family gatherings. Pairs well with cream ice cream, strawberries and various sweets. Interesting in its own right.

It can be brewed like Ceylon tea or like Chinese tea. If you brew in batches, take a small glass teapot, otherwise the fragrance of bergamot will linger in the Yixing clay for a long time. Or brew for a few minutes, within reason. It's almost impossible to brew it - it goes into the astringency of wine-yixing, but at the same time retains all the shades of flavor and is pleasant to drink.
