A 357-gram tea cake of medium density, it effortlessly separates into small, brown, curled leaves and red buds. The flavor is restrained and woody. The infusion is slightly cloudy, with a chestnut color.
The bouquet of the finished tea is mature, spicy and woody, with earthy, fruity and autumnal notes. The aroma is complex, spicy and woody. The taste is dense, velvety, sweet, with a slight bitterness of cocoa beans, acidity of dried berries and nuances of spices.
Brew with hot water (95°C) in a thick-walled teapot made of porous clay. Proportion of dry tea to water: 6-7 g per 100 ml. First brew 20 seconds, then drink in spilled glasses, gradually increasing the brewing time. Retains flavor and aroma for 7 brews.
An excellent choice for daily tea drinking. Has a warming and mildly tonic effect.
