The dry leaf is large, brownish-brown, with silvery buds and stems, with a hay-like aroma. The infusion is bright, golden-honey colored, with floral notes in the aroma. The taste is sweet, limey, with a slight acidity of bergamot and dried fruit, buttery, compote-like. The aftertaste is barely noticeable.
