Mature Sheng Pu Erh made from the leaves of large tea trees.

The dried leaf is dark brown in color with reddish flecks and is pressed into a medium density tea cake. The aroma is dry, slightly spicy and woody, with notes of dusty old books and parchment. The heated leaf reveals notes of damp earth, wood and dried mushrooms. The taste is soft and balanced: nuts, dried plums and a hint of mushrooms are noticeable.
