A tea from a nature reserve in the central part of Taiwan Island, Jiai County, Ali Shan Tea Estate. Named after Ali's mountain peaks and harvested at an altitude of at least 1,350 meters above sea level. Spherically twisted medium-sized buds in all shades of green with tiny yellowish cuts. With a warming breath a pleasant sour-sweet aroma of baked apple. The water temperature is 90°. After the first pour, warm gingerbread notes appear in the aroma. The brew is oily, thick, amber in color. On the palate acidity of green apple, bergamot, orange peel and tea rose. Sweetness of red apple, cupcakes, apricot and vanilla. The aftertaste is sour and sweet with a hint of charlotte. In the tea bottom we find already opened petals with a firm, fleshy leaf with mineral damage. The heating and processing of the leaf was very gentle and perfectly adjusted by the master, allowing the tea to develop at its best. The condition is very palpable, the tea relaxes the body, gathers and quickens the mind. Excellent muscle relaxation and a calm, composed and focused mind. A tea for any afternoon activity where physical activity is not needed, but the mind is required.
