Only the top two leaves and the bud from the tea plant are used to prepare this tea. The dry leaf is quite large and crisp, brown-green in color. The fragrance is mild, green-floral, slightly spicy. The infusion is transparent, clear, golden green. The taste of the finished tea is delicate, sweet, floral and grassy with slight acidity, moderately saturated. Baked apples, meadow flowers and herbs, vanilla and dried fruits are noticeable. The aftertaste is short, fresh, floral and berry sweet.
