Nie jestem zadowolony z zakupu

Nie jestem zadowolony z zakupu. Napisałem e-mail z problemem, ale zignorowali moją odpowiedź. Produkt dotarł wadliwy. Jakość jest słaba, ponieważ górna deska zaczęła się odkształcać po użyciu. Nie polecam.

Bardzo nam przykro, że nie był Pan zadowolony z produktu.
Niestety, nie otrzymaliśmy od Pana żadnego e-maila.
Chaban jest wykonany z bambusa i wymaga odpowiedniej pielęgnacji. Nie należy pozostawiać go na dłuższy czas w wodzie, nie wolno myć go w zmywarce, a także zaleca się konserwowanie go olejem do desek kuchennych.
Obróbka produktów bambusowych specjalnymi olejami również bardzo pomaga.
