The original tea that combines white tea, Shu and Sheng Pu Erh. The leaves are wilted using the same technology as white tea, then sun-dried using the same technology as Sheng Pu Erh, followed by a short process of wet stacking in baskets. The result is a unique, one-of-a-kind tea.
Appearance
The large, thick leaves and stems are pressed into a fairly thick cake.
Taste and aroma
The aroma of the dried tea is delicate, spicy-honey-citrus and balsamic, with notes of autumn forest. The taste of the finished tea is delicate and sweet, with notes of spices, honey, flowers, dried herbs, berries, wood resins and forest moss. The finish is long, sweet and refreshing.
