Tea made from shrubs of the Mei Zhan variety. During processing, the leaves underwent moderate fermentation and prolonged heating over charcoal at a low temperature.
The dry leaves are medium in size, dark brown with shades of violet and chocolate, with a warm, fruity-bread aroma with a floral, woody-carbonaceous, nutty note. The brew is clear, golden brown. The taste is soft, dense, enveloping, sweet with pronounced acidity and a distinct menthol note in the aftertaste.
Ceremonial tea for special occasions. Warms you up, relaxes you, provides new sensations.
